Participants Wanted:
Have you had a C-section in the last 6 months - but haven’t had rehab support yet?

You may be eligible to participate in an 8-week post-cesarean rehabilitation research study.
This study explores rehabilitation approaches to support physical recovery after cesarean birth.
You may be eligible if you:
- Have had one or more cesarean birth(s), and within the last 6 months
- Have a fully healed incision
- Had no wound complications during healing
- Experience ongoing physical symptoms since your cesarean (e.g. tightness, pulling, sensitivity, discomfort, or low back pain)
- Have not received scar-focused therapy since your most recent cesarean
What participation involves:
- An 8-week commitment to a rehabilitation program
- One-on-one support from a certified athletic therapist
- A mix of in-person (Concordia University Loyola campus) and online sessions
At the end of the study participants will receive an individualized 8-week exercise program.
